  1. January 30, 2025, Reconvened 2024 Annual Meeting

    As the Managing Agent for Princeton Crossroads Homeowners’ Association, Inc., Legacy Southwest Property Management is pleased to announce the 2024 Reconvened Annual Meeting of the Members has been scheduled for 6:30 p.m. (6:15 p.m. sign in), on Thursday, January 30, 2025. The 2024 Reconvened Annual Meeting will be held virtual via Go To Meeting https://meet.goto.com/214507029; Dail in at 1-646-749-3122, Access Code 214-507-029.

    An election will be conducted for one (1) expiring Board term. Each elected Board Member will serve a three (3) year term.

    If you are unable to attend the meeting virtually, attached is a proxy that you may use to designate someone to vote on your behalf. If you do not fill in a name on the line, then your proxy will be designated to the Secretary of the Association to vote on your behalf. If you do not want anyone to vote on your behalf but would like to help the association achieve its quorum, you can check mark the line “I do hereby desire that this proxy be used for establishing quorum only”.

    In accordance with the Bylaws Section 11 Quorum, the presence in person or by proxy of Owners representing ten percent (10%) of the total eligible votes in the Association shall constitute a quorum at all meetings of the Association. If a quorum of 10% is not reached Section 11(a) Quorum for the Election of Directors provides for the purpose of electing directors to the Board only, the presence at a meeting of Members of the Association, either in person, by proxy or other means allowed by law (all of which are incorporated herein by reference), representing five percent (5%) of the total votes of the Association shall constitute a quorum. If, however, such quorum shall not be present or represented at a meeting which includes the election of directors, the Members Present and/or represented, shall have the power to adjourn and reconvene the meeting from time to time, including the same day as the original meeting, without notice other than announcement at the meeting. At the adjourned meeting, Members Present (via person, proxy, absentee ballot, or by other legal means) shall constitute a quorum for the purpose of electing directors to the Board.

    A Board of Directors Meeting will be conducted immediately after the Annual Meeting for the purpose of electing the officers’ positions (President, Secretary, Treasurer). The selection of officers is an agreement amongst the Board Members and determines who will serve in what officers’ position for Princeton Crossroads Homeowners’ Association, Inc

    Please return your proxy regardless of whether you will be attending the meeting. To be valid, all proxies must contain the Owner’s name and property address. Please submit your proxy by e-mail to nicole@legacysouthwestpm.com, by US Postal Mail to: Princeton Crossroads Homeowners’ Association, Inc. c/o Legacy Southwest Property Management, LLC., 8668 John Hickman Pkwy, Suite 801, Frisco, TX 75034 prior to 8:00 a.m. on January 30, 2025. Please be sure that if you wish to mail your proxy that you send in advance of January 30, 2025.

    A proxy is a written instrument, signed by the member, which duly appoints the member’s voting rights and attendance. The Bylaws state that in order to hold a meeting and conduct business of the Association, there must be a quorum present. A quorum is the number of homes represented either in person or by proxy. The quorum required to hold a meeting is ten percent (10%) of all lot owners. If the quorum for the annual meeting is not met, the Association will not be able to conduct any Association business, and will incur additional expenses to recall, reschedule and re-notice.

The Transition Meeting is scheduled for Thursday, January 6, 2021, at 6:30 p.m. The meeting will be held at virtually via Zoom.

    A proxy is a written instrument, signed by the member, which duly appoints the member's voting rights and attendance. The Bylaws state that in order to hold a meeting and conduct business of the Association, there must be a quorum present. A quorum is the number of homes represented either in person or by proxy. The quorum required to elect directors is ten percent (10%) of all lot owners. If the quorum for the annual meeting is not met, the Association will not be able to conduct any Association business, and will incur additional expenses to recall, reschedule and re-notice.

    An election will be held to fill three (3) positions on the Board of Directors. If you are interested in running, please complete the Candidacy Form and return it to Legacy Southwest Property Management. Nominations will not be accepted from the floor during the meeting.
